It is a solid building of great artistic value situated in Girola. It is an eighteenth-century villa, probably erected by the Honourable Cesare Rusca, who transferred it to some relatives in 1761.
In 1774 the villa belonged to the Mossi family, then it was received by the Honourable Calvi family, who still live here and maintain it with the utmost attention.
In the park, a few meters away, there is another building of much smaller dimensions, but has elegant as Villa Calvi. It belongs to the Honourable Zineroni Casati family, close relatives of the Calvis'.
