CastaDiva Resort & SPA, affiliated with Small Luxury Hotels of the World, is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como, in the municipality of Blevio, just 5 km from Como and 65 km from Milan Malpensa International Airport.

Il Resort, inaugurato nel maggio 2010, è la prima struttura 5* lusso che ha aperto sul Lago di Como negli ultimi 100 anni: è composto da nove ville per un totale di 77 camere, 58 delle quali sono suite e junior suite, e 2 ville private, tutte inserite in un rigoglioso parco botanico ricco di piante secolari, variegate essenze e molteplici piante d’alto fusto, su un’area di circa 26.000 mq. Le ville sono collegate da un percorso fatto di strade, vialetti pedonali e scalinate immerse nel verde e si caratterizzano per camere di ampie dimensioni (dai 35 ai 250 mq.) e vetrate, la quasi totalità con una vista mozzafiato sul lago, balconi, ampie terrazze o giardini privati.

Several solutions have been adopted that make the complex particularly unique, such as electrical systems instead of natural gas, clean energy production through water withdrawal from the lake using a heat exchanger, and adjustable air conditioning in the different areas of the suites and villas.

All accommodations are provided with cable and WiFi Internet connection, LCD television and a high-quality stereo system.

The design of mechanical and electrical systems is by Ing. Luigi Berti, who also worked for Teatro alla Scala in Milan. The soundproofing system was designed by “Dr. Moretti” office, that cooperated in the past with Renzo Piano in the design of the Auditoriums in Milan and Rome.
